Apprentices Dom and Romolo compete to help Leonardo Da Vinci paint The Last Supper on a wall in Milan, Italy. What suggestions can they make for depicting the Disciples? Dom discovers unknown skills, but also frustrations, building Leonardo's inventions related to scuba diving, parachutes, and a flying machine.
The boys, with Fiorella, benefit from Da Vinci's delightful personality, however in the end acknowledge their real master--Jesus. But who in the village shall be qualified to model for Him on the wall?
